My son Daniel (aged 9) got gold medal twice for racing and he is still proud of this, in fact it has boosted his confidence so much! Naomi (7) got silver and they still have their medals hanging in their rooms.

It is difficult not to sound like a crazy aficionado when you try to convince people to join the next trail race. It is a great way to experience the nature surrounding Kathmandu with friends and family, it is for all levels of fitness and ages.
